We respect your privacy.

We are careful who we choose to process your data, and we will tell you who we use in this privacy policy.

We will not pass on your data to third parties without your consent.

Email Newsletter Privacy information

Our email list data is stored on our own servers at Digital Ocean in London.

All signups to our email list are freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous.

When you sign up to our email list we state that you are signing up to receive special offers, floatation-related communications, and progress updates towards our launch.

When you sign up to our email list we only ask for your first and last name, and your email address.

We use a ‘double-opt in’ so that you need to confirm you wish to sign up to the email list.

You can choose to unsubscribe from the emails at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of any email newsletter from us.

Cookies

When you visit this website it places pieces of data on your device called cookies. Some of these cookies are used to track the actions you take on the website (such as which pages you visit). Information about these actions is recorded by Google and Facebook, who provide Float in the Forest with anonymised summaries about the actions of visitors to this website. Float in the Forest uses these insights to help our efforts to bring the benefits of floatation to as many people as possible. By using this website you consent to this.

Our data processing partners

We choose our data processing partners very carefully, and only select those with the highest standards of security and probity.

We use Acuity to manage our booking process.  They store and process information about you on our behalf such as your name, email address, telephone number, and appointment details.  If you want to learn more, you can read their privacy policy.

We use Stripe to process our payments.  They store and process information about you on our behalf including your credit and debit card information.  They conform to all relevant data security legislation, including the PCI standards.  You can read their privacy policy and about how Stripe subscribes to the EU-US privacy shield framework.

We use Xero for our bookkeeping.  They store and process information about you on our behalf such as what you paid us and when.  You can read more about it in their privacy policy.

Any data we collect will be only that which is reasonable, it will be stored for a proportionate amount of time, and will be stored securely and confidentially.
