Meet therapist Lauren Malone
We’d like to introduce you to Lauren Malone.
Lauren is a hypnotherapist and coach. She has been supporting people to make significant changes in their lives from Float in the Forest since July 2019.
Master Practitioner
Lauren has always been passionate about working with people to make positive change within their lives.
She was introduced to Neuro Linguistic Programming through her work as a trainer in Primary Care. She then went on to qualify as a Master Practitioner in Hypnosis, TimeLine Therapy and NLP Coaching.
Lauren started offering hypnosis, TimeLine Therapy and coaching through her business Lemon Tree Coaching and Development at the start of 2019.
Why does she do it?
Like us at Float in the Forest, Lauren understands the power of the mind-body connection and has demonstrated, with her clients, how change can happen when negative emotions and limiting beliefs are released.
Within the last 6 months Lauren has supported a number of clients with a number of different problems, from crippling anxiety to weight management, to phobia removals and more. Lauren offers specific programmes for some problems, e.g. a 28 day smoking cessation programme, and also bespoke programmes for more complex issues.
